The Nüvel method: installing the sales system
Nüvel is the method we use to install the commercial routine in 14 weeks: evaluate how the team sells, train the routine, certify who can run it, and step back.
- Duration
- 14 weeks
- Stages
- Evaluate · Train · Certify · Autonomy
- After
- Cadence audit and recertification
- 01
Evaluate
See how the operation sells now. Who speaks to whom, what gets measured, and where the work stalls.
- 02
Train
Rehearse the routine until people can execute it. Reading a document is not training.
- 03
Certify
Someone is certified when they can run the system and no one has to correct the room.
- 04
Autonomy
The lab steps back. The cadence stays.
How we know it is installed
Someone is certified when they can run the system and no one has to correct the room.
The goal is for the cadence to stay when the lab leaves.
What it is not
It is not a motivational talk or a manual to read. If the operation runs on motivation, this is the wrong room.
After the installation
Care: a cadence audit and recertification after the lab leaves.
Questions
How long is the installation?
Fourteen weeks, in four stages: evaluate, train, certify and autonomy.
Do we need the diagnosis first?
It is the natural entry point: the diagnosis (2–3 weeks) defines the leak and the roadmap the installation carries out. But you can enter at any step.
What happens when it ends?
The lab steps back and the team keeps the cadence. Then come the cadence audit and recertification.
Start with the diagnosis
The installation starts from the leak the diagnosis finds. Tell us where the operation fails.
