Personal data policy

Only what you type into the forms: name, email, organization, the type of need you choose, and your message. If you write on WhatsApp, we receive your number and whatever you send on that channel.

We do not collect sensitive data or data about minors. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

• To answer your request for a diagnosis, a build, a managed service, or your message.
• To prepare and send commercial proposals related to your request.
• To keep proof of the authorization you give.

By ticking the authorization box and sending a form, you give prior, express and informed authorization to process your data for the purposes above. We keep a record of that authorization with your request.

Forms are sent by email from the server that hosts the site. If that fails, the form falls back to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to the same inbox and may process it on servers outside Colombia.

If you choose to write on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s policies. We do not sell or hand your data to third parties.

• To know, update and correct your personal data.
• To request proof of the authorization you gave.
• To be told how your data has been used.
• To file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio for breaches of the law.
• To revoke the authorization and ask for your data to be deleted when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
• To access your personal data free of charge.

Write to sebastian.velandia@sv2labs.com with the subject "Personal data", and include your name, the email you used and your request.

We answer queries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, under Articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.

We keep the data as long as needed to answer your request and any business relationship that follows from it, or while there is a legal duty to keep it.

We will publish any change on this page, with the date it takes effect.
